Employee was assisting an MHA pick up a shelf APC that had fallen off of walkie rider due to bad latch on bottom gate. When employee was assisting the MHA to recover the APC it shifted due to unfolding and fell approximately 1 foot onto his left foot. He reported the accident and thought he had stubbed his toe or bruised it. He departed for the [REDACTED] hospital to have it looked at before he provided statement. He did report it to his supervisor before he departed. He returned [REDACTED] [REDACTED] with doctors ' report of fracture to left big toe. [REDACTED]
