Full Time Regular City Carrier stated on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] she was grabbing flats out of the truck. She stated as she was stepping out of the truck (LLV) she misjudged her step. She stated she placed her foot between the curb and the street. She stated her right ankle buckled and she fell backwards onto the concrete pavement. She stated it occurred at [REDACTED]. She stated she hit the back of her head and her back. She stated she also scraped her right elbow and injured her left ankle. Supervisor [REDACTED] came onto the scene to investigate and took carrier to Memorial Herman Hospital Emergency Room in [REDACTED].
