The carrier called me at [REDACTED]. He stated a dog bit him. I drove to him and he explained that he saw the dogs and gave them treats then walked to the mailbox after closing the door it made a noise & that 's when 1 of the dogs charged at him the carrier took off running & the dog bit him in the inner thigh the carrier fell and scrapped his shin on the LLV door.
