She stated while pulling she heard a snap from her right wrist. She stated her right wrist began to swell. She stated that [REDACTED] was at the scene and management was informed. She wanted medical attention. Supervisor [REDACTED] took her to the Memorial Herman Hospital in [REDACTED].
