SERVICE TALKING

At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] supervisor [REDACTED] was approached by a stranger (possibly the husband of PSE [REDACTED]) who entered the post office after having asked Mr. [REDACTED] to step outside to talk. Mr. [REDACTED] had refused. The unidentified person grabbed Mr. [REDACTED] by the throat and slammed him against a BMC. Mr. [REDACTED] struggled to free himself from the man 's hand. In the process his finger was cut on the BMC and the unidentified person changed his grip to a headlock. Afterward the man left and Mr. [REDACTED] called the police. Mr. [REDACTED] attempted to get a license plate number from the car but the man jumped into the passenger side and the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] sped off before he could get a tag number. Mr. [REDACTED] complained of numbness and pain in his neck and called EMS to take him to the hospital. He was discharged on the same day with the medical advice to take a few days off of work.
