WHEN RETURN TO WORK THE [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) HE THEN TOLLD SUPERVISOR [REDACTED] THAT HIS SHOULDER WAS BURNING IN PAIN. SUPERVISOR ON DUTY OFFERED HIM MEDICAL CARE & HE WENT TO THE ER ON HIS OWN.
