On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called at about [REDACTED] stating that [REDACTED] was on the 2nd floor [REDACTED] near her assigned truck # 8871563. She was crying stating that she fell. Upon arriving on the 2nd floor at the MVMF [REDACTED] said she was entering her truck and when she stepped on the 1st step rung she slipped and fell and hit her right wrist. Upon seeing the wrist it was badly swollen.
