What happened
A (VOA) was driving a postal car in the yard coming back from checking a trailer at the [REDACTED]. the VOA car struck a postal spotter tractor while it was backing up from its parking space. The VOA stated he did not see the tractor backing up. The VOA had an injury to his face and went to [REDACTED] City Medical Center via ambulance for treatment. There was no damage to the tractor however the car 's front end was damaged and had fluid leaking from it. There was no injury to the other employee TTO Driver.
