On the day of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Employee was dumping milam mail and while picking up a heavy box Employee injured shoulder back. IEmployee was in pain but ignored the signs. Employee noticed while pulling equipment it hurt worst. This happened on the Apbs machine running milam mail. The pain kept going and [REDACTED] employee popped a tylenol and nothing felt better. On there two off days they notice they were in extreme pain and came back on [REDACTED] which they notice they couldn 't work because the pain was unbearable Employee then took themself to the hospital where they were prescribe meds (drowsy).
