*Carrier was i was approaching [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. A dog and it 's owner were outside the closed fence. The owner approached me and I handed her the mail over the fence. The Little dog came though the closed gate and fence bit me on the right lower leg and returned through this closed gate and fence.
