On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] city carrier was struck by a falling parcel out of the postal vehicle which made the carrier jump and hit her left ankle and left side of foot on the postal truck door. Once an employee reports an accident management must enter in [REDACTED] within 24 hours. Safety office has attempted multiple times to contact management thru emails and phone calls NO RESPONSE.
