[REDACTED] Driver was stopped waiting to make his turn onto [REDACTED] when an [REDACTED] driver was turning left into the [REDACTED]. The [REDACTED] trailer struck the front of [REDACTED] Drivers tractor. The [REDACTED] had minor damage to the driver side headlight area. [REDACTED] Driver requested to go to the hospital with right shoulder pain. Ambulance and Postal police were called. Pictures were taken. [REDACTED] driver gave me his driver license insurance and lease agreement but refused to give me any type of statement.
