Carrier stated promaster rolled away in [REDACTED] main office parking lot after putting emergency brake on and removing the key from ignition. Promaster rolled forward hitting a stationary vehicle while carrier was still inside of promaster this causing city carrier to fall forward onto the cargo floor hurting left wrist.
