Employee stated he had back on the dock with a driver and was proceeding to the east dock to have an expeditor arrive his inbound trip.
What happened
On [REDACTED] during a separate investigative interview concerning the employee attendance he informed management that his inability to be regular in attendance was due to an on-the-job injury. Employee states that on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] near [REDACTED] of the [REDACTED] he injured his left knee and neck attempting to jump over a puddle of water onto a pallet near the bottom step. Employee stated that he felt a pop in his knee and the following [REDACTED] a stiff neck and pain radiating down his left arm.
