[REDACTED] called around [REDACTED] to say that he got bite by something and is having an allergic reaction. [REDACTED] stated that he does not know what bite him. [REDACTED] head back from route and told management that he needs to go to the urgent care right away he was having issues with breathing. [REDACTED] showed management a red bite mark on his back. Managment asked carrier if he would like us to bring him to the urgent. [REDACTED] decline. At urgent care carrier was told that he would have to go to the hospital. [REDACTED] were sent to Wake Med in [REDACTED].
