Working in the [REDACTED] SIPS locations.

At approximately [REDACTED] a spill was reported in the area of the [REDACTED] and SIPS machines. The area was evacuated while it was determined what the type of spill had occurred in the area. The [REDACTED]Spill Team was called by maintenance to assist. It was determined that a bottle of [REDACTED] had leaked inside of a package that was shipped from [REDACTED] The area has been cleaned and fans have been placed in the area to dissipate the fumes to open dock doors. Employees will be returning to the areas affected areas after lunch. One employee suffered an issue from the fumes which caused an asthma attack. An ambulance was called and the employee is being treated. Update will be sent on employee as I receive new information.
