What happened

The employee contacted the supervisor(1) and notified him that she had a bad fall at approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. He then contacted supervisor (2) due to (1) being out at another accident in [REDACTED] within seconds after hanging up. Employee also contact [REDACTED] (3). As supervisor (2) made her way to the scene [REDACTED] (1) informed me that he was at the scene and employee was in the back of the ambulance leaving to go to the hospital ([REDACTED]). I returned to the office also since [REDACTED] (3) was at the scene who in turn was right behind me and took [REDACTED] (1) out to the scene to assist in retrieving the vehicle. Upon returning to the scene [REDACTED] 1&3 found the owners who stated that they cleaned most of the blood up on their property from her and that they assisted on cleaning the blood up from her face that was leaking from her head.
