Pushing down on pipe wrench to break piping loose on a condensation line.

Employee was in the process sof replacing a check valve on a HVAC unit that was rusted frozen. While attempting to loosen a section of pipe (confined space) using a large pipe wrench and pushing downward the wrench suddenly slipped causing him to loose his balance twist around and fall on same level.
