pushing a hamper felt pain in knee

Upon arriving at work on [REDACTED] while going to my office I encountered an employee who stated that she had hurt her knee while pushing a hamper. When asked if she thought it needed medical attention she said that she did not think it did and that she did not want to go to the emergency room in the middle of the night. She did not mention it again until after dispatch. She asked for a [REDACTED] and said she would go to the ER when she clocked out. During the day of the [REDACTED] she went to the ER. [REDACTED] she sent me a picture of what the Dr wrote on the [REDACTED] which said she could return to work the [REDACTED] without limitations. However the employee did not come in and instead texted that she would come the [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]). When she did she wrote a statement and we did a re-enactment (she pushed a hamper along the same path as [REDACTED] without incident) and I conducted an investigative interview.
