At approximately [REDACTED] stating that she was calling to notify us that she tripped on a set of stairs to her delivery. She said she was ok at the time just a little scrape. She was asked if she needed medical attention she declined. Upon arrival at location at incident I noticed her limping and when she was asked if she was ok she stated I think I am going to need to seek medical attention after all.
