Description of Accident: was at the light at [REDACTED] and Cross [REDACTED] heading towards [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] noticed a motorcyclist was along side his driver door and punched on to his view mirror on tractor. [REDACTED] got out of his vehicle to assess the damage and to take a picture of the motor cycle license plate. While trying to accomplish this operator of Motor Cycle struck [REDACTED] in the left eye and continued to punch [REDACTED] who was attempting to defend himself. [REDACTED] landed on the ground and the Motor Cyclist left the scene. Motorist stopped at the scene and told [REDACTED] to stay on ground and called for Police Ambulance and the Fire Department responded. [REDACTED] was transported to [REDACTED] where the employee will have test done. Employee was complaining of left eye discomfort and his head hurt with slight numbness in both arms
