SPOTTER TRACTOR & TRAIELR COLLISION AT [REDACTED] STREAM IN THE [REDACTED]. BOTH EMPLOYEES STATED THE SPOTTER WAS BACKED UP AFTER MAKING A U TURN IN FRONT OF TRACTOR TRAILER. EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO MANEUVER BEHIND THE SPOTTER TO AVOID ACCIDENT. BEGAN TO REVERSE STATING HE DID NOT SEE COLLIDING INTO THE MIDDLE OF TRAILER. SPOTTER REAR AXLES WAS SLIGHTLY UNDER BUT ADJACENT TO TAIL OF TRAILER. FRONT OF TRACTOR UNDAMAGED.
