Employee states she was coming back from lunch and on the way to the route on [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] she was going around a very tight curve and was hit by items out of the trailer a truck was hauling. The employee stated she was shook up and then stated her back was hurting. She requested to go to the hospital by ambulance. In her statement she also claims she hit her chest and her head on the steering wheel.
