PTF was approaching [REDACTED] from the [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. 20ish y o black male wearing black hoodie and sweats approached carrier from behind and brandished a black handgun stating 'I need that ' to carrier. Carrier gave suspect arrow key. Suspect headed east on [REDACTED] Upon EAS arrival on scene police and postal inspector presence was heavy with Cincy PD K9 unit beginning search. PTF was not injured but visibly shaken. Provided with EAP contact information and spoke with union [REDACTED].
