What happened

On [REDACTED]. about [REDACTED] [REDACTED] from [REDACTED] assisted our office on the rural side. Rural carrier was pushing her hamper out the door of the facility to the parking lot to load up her vehicle. Carrier was unloading the vehicle and stepped back and did not see the parking block and twisted her left ankle. Carrier did state she had mail in her hand.
