What happened
On [REDACTED] I completed rural [REDACTED] and a split on rural [REDACTED]. I was traveling North on [REDACTED] heading back to the station. While traveling north on [REDACTED] i noticed a black ford truck traveling south on [REDACTED] enter into the turning lane at a high rate of speed and without using a turn signal or brake the truck proceeded to turn east bound into the school parking lot striking the LLV on the left front with his left front. I did not have time to stop or swerve as there was ditch on the right of me and oncoming traffic on the left. My knees hit the front dashboard and my elbows hit the dashboard. some object struck me on the left side of my face. I pulled the truck over and called my supervisor immediately. the driver of the other car came over and stated he was sorry and thought he had enough time to make it. I was checked out by EMS on scene. Went to urgent care afterwards for treatment and to have injuries evaluated.
