On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] City Carrier stated that at approximately [REDACTED] she was on [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] delivering mail. She stated that when she came through the light on [REDACTED] She saw a Honda behind her. She stated she never saw the white car. She stated apparently he was in another lane. She stated she delivered the mail to [REDACTED] when she checked the mirrors and pulled off she was hit in the back by the Honda. The customer [REDACTED] stated she was on her way to work and the left lane was closed due to construction and a USPS truck was in front of her she said she braked but another car crashed into her making her hit the USPS Truck. Supervisor [REDACTED] went to investigate the accident and she asked the carrier if she needed any medical attention. The carrier stated that she has previous back issues and problems and want to get medical attention.
