I was on Sack Shakeout I notice my stomach was hurting [REDACTED] so I didn 't mention it to a supervisor he had told me to just work safe he did help me push in one BMC but there was a lot more to push in and I did that [REDACTED] I was told I needed to work 3 hours of overtime or until we got all the SNET mail done so we got done with that [REDACTED] and I left at [REDACTED] my stomach still did hurt but the [REDACTED] my stomach was hurting bad I stayed in bed I late had went to urgent care. Nature of injury text: My stomach it was my stomach muscles that hurt when I tried to turn or try to get up I was in pain I couldn 't even lift my kids up because it hurt. Statement from employee. On [REDACTED] I was on sack shakeout hook side when I was doing hook I was pulling on the sacks with the hook and felt pain. I also was loading BMC. So it hurt I did have to do OT until [REDACTED] so it hurt worse so I went to ungent care on the [REDACTED].
