[REDACTED] reported to work [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. After getting his accountable items he stated that he needed to report an accident that occurred the day before [REDACTED]. He stated that while walking to his vehicle on the dock that he felt his ankle needed to crack and when he proceeded to do so it was a hard crack. He stated that he did not feel any pain at the time. The [REDACTED] [REDACTED] is when he started to feel pain. He stated he couldn 't work and needed to see if it had anything to do with his prior illness. So he went to seek medical attention.
