What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Clerk was working at the LCUS machine. She was replacing a BMC that was full with an empty one. She closed the top door and when she turned to walk away the door came down and struck her on the lower back part of her right leg. She felt the door hit her leg but did not seem to cause any type of injury at the time nor was she in pain. The next day she felt her leg swelling but did not think of it anything to be concern with. On [REDACTED] she noticed bruising on her right lower back leg and still hurting. She has an appointment to the doctor on [REDACTED] [REDACTED].
