EMPLOYEE STATES THAT SOMETHING HVY HIT HER IN THE BACK HARD AND STUNG. SHE WAS THROWN OFF BALANCE AND PUSHED FORWARD WHERE SHE CAUGHT HERSELF ON A GPC IN FRONT OF HER. SHE WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT OCCURED AND REALIZED SHE HAD URINATED ON HERFELT AND WHEN SHE STOOD UP THE BAG FELL TO HER LEFT SIDE. SHE STATES THAT THERE WAS A DOLLY BEHIND HER WHEN IT HAPPENED.
