City Carrier Assistant stated at approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] she was traveling down [REDACTED] from [REDACTED] She stated she was in the outside lane. She stated as she was coming down the road it was a silver [REDACTED] in front of her in the inside lane as she was approaching up. She stated the car started to veer in her lane. CCA stated she started blowing her horn to get her attention to stay in her lane but it didn 't help. She stated the customer continued in her lane and she swiped the truck. She stated that there was no way to stop due to a car traveling close up behind the mail truck. Humble Police came to the scene.
