What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Mail Handler was working on Dumper #2 on the [REDACTED] there were boxes stuck inside the dumper. He used the metal bar to free up the boxes so they can fall out the dumper. when the boxes fell out the dumper the metal bar was quickly yanked down by the boxes causing the bar to shoot upwards and it hyperextended my shoulder. The entire bar completely bent in half.
