What happened
Employee PSE Clerk was moving a pallet [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) of Unendorsed Bulk Mail by the Carrier Cases on the Workroom floor. When he was moving the pallet it hit [REDACTED] carrier case causing it to lose balance and fall towards employee. Grazing employee on the face causing a scrape to his forehead and a laceration on the bridge of his nose potentially needing stitches. The Carrier case was unfortunately not bolted to the neighboring case or bolted to the floor. There were no other visible injuries on employee he was instructed to sit down and stop working while reports were filled out.
