SLIP TRIP FALL - [REDACTED] was approaching steps when he did not see paver blocks on the left side of the walkway and tripped and fell onto the stairs bending his wrist in an awkward position with most of his weight on that wrist. Employee was wearing proper footwear and there were handrails but the employee had not reached the porch steps yet to be able to use them. he tripped and fell before reaching the porch and the handrails. [REDACTED] was not looking down at the package nor scanning the package. He was walking looking ahead to his destination. He did not see the change in elevation because the pavers blended in with the concrete. This accident occurred at [REDACTED].
