While performing trip block and run [REDACTED] with tractor [REDACTED] trailer 5745218 heading to [REDACTED] informed [REDACTED]. that he had pulled a muscle on his right arm while trying to lift up a postcon with mail that tilted over inside the trailer. On the day of the accident [REDACTED]. Stated he was fine that he just wanted to let us know about what occurred and that he did not need it any medical attention. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] he stated that he still sore from the day of the accident that he will not perform his tractor trailer duties and he wants to procced with the accident notification.
