What happened
Carrier was delivering packages to covered back porch since there wasn 't a cover on the front and it was raining. Customer had a small black wire fence for small dog that carrier stepped over when returning to vehicle. When stepping over the fence onto the pea gravel patio carrier rolled ankle and broke it. Ambulance was called to take carrier to ER to treat broken ankle.
