Pushing OTR

On [REDACTED] I started pushing an OTR onto my truck and had to turn it due to other OTRs being stacked around the dock plate. When I pushed off with my right leg my right knee popped. It didn 't really hurt at the time; it was just a little uncomfortable. I thought it would go away. I mentioned to an employee but don 't know if she heard me since we were so busy. I finished my day out and went home to ice it and took some ibuprofen. [REDACTED] it was swollen and hurt a little. I mentioned it to the supervisor and he said he 'd get me some paperwork to fill out to go to the dr. I made a few trips to the airport and loaded my truck for the rest of my route and seen the supervisor just as I was leaving. He said he 'd leave the paperwork for me in the office when I got back. He left it in the other office as I found out [REDACTED]. A supervisor found it and gave it to me [REDACTED]. After my runs the supervisor had me fill this out.
