What happened
Employee reported unloading gaylords at [REDACTED] that were full and heavy containing magazines. As he was unloading the second gaylord he pulled back on the pallet jack and felt a strong pain in his back. He called me informing me of his pain and when employee returned from his run he was asked if he wanted medical attention and he stated yes. I then took him to Glen Oaks Hospital.
