Employee stated that she was distributing NMO 's on the [REDACTED] machine on Leg 3 when she twisted her body the wrong way while carrying an NMO and hurt her lower back. Employee stated this happened approximately [REDACTED] - [REDACTED]. Employee informed the supervisor of the section [REDACTED] that she twisted her lower back. [REDACTED] asked if she needed to go to the hospital and the employee responded that she didn 't because she was off for 2 days and would try ice and heat compresses.
