[REDACTED] windows were darkly tinted including the front window. Hispanic male was driving vehicle when supervisor arrived at scene he was hiding in the back of vehicle. Male instructed female passenger to provide her license and insurance and to not cooperate any further. He then instructed Frontline Towing Company to remove his car as he did not want to wait for police.
