What happened

On [REDACTED] at Frisco MPO at around [REDACTED] carrier was at case for [REDACTED] looking for a specific business suite number. Carrier then moved trays of mail over to see the case clearly which were on the case ledge. She then noticed the case slowly moving forward when then she moved back with her hands to try to stop the impact and the case came completely down on shoulder. Five coworkers that were near 120 case came by to lift case up off of carrier. All the shelves came out of the case and were on top of carrier.
