STRUCK BY MATERIAL EQUIPMENT - Mail handler was struck on her left arm and left lower abdomen by rolling stock equipment that was being moved by another mail handler on a forklift. The employee stated that she was walking through her section and the PIT driver was coming to pick up mail with the long jack. The accident happened along the inbound docks between docks 11-18. There was mail in the container that was lifted on the forks of the forklift. This is the area where all the collections drivers come. There was no excess congestion in the area. The PIT driver stated that when he went in to get the mail on his forks it pushed a little harder which caused the container to move and strike the other employee.
