What happened
On [REDACTED] @ [REDACTED] Employee and I were scanning packages on the workroom floor. I watched employee lift a box and some liquid soap spilled on her arm. Employee then dropped the box and scream “Ahhh what’s that?” The box burst when employee dropped it and a small amount of soap dripped onto the floor with the box on top of the mess. Clerk said she fell on buttock 's and hurt elbow and Supervisor said she witness the incident and it did not fall.
