Carrier was moving slowly starting up from having delivered packages. There were 2 cars coming head or entered the middle right lane the driver was trying to sneak into the parking lot of the gas station. Carrier stated I put on breaks as the car were moving fast trying to enter the parking lot carrier tried to avoid hitting the car and foot slipped off of the break due to the wet condition and struck vehicle.
