On [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] Regular Carrier stopped at the corner of [REDACTED] and Harbor Cir to rearrange his mail and prepare for the continuation of his route when he was approached by a stray dog. The carrier froze the dog bit his right hand and ran away. At the time he was carrying dog spray but it happened all of a sudden and could not act in time. At this time he is seeking medical attention at [REDACTED] to ensure no infections.
