On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] City Carrier was on [REDACTED] at the nursing home at [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. She got out to deliver the mail to the lady at the door went back to the [REDACTED] opened the door went to close it and my right hand locked up on her where she had to use her left hand to close the door. Carrier started the [REDACTED] and couldn 't move right hand at all. She tried stretching it to hope it ease up but the more I tried the more painful it got.
