What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] a City Carrier was on [REDACTED] attempting to deliver a package that was large to an apartment complex. She kneeled down to grab the package out of the back of the truck she had the package in her hands went into the leasing office to put the package down she kneeled down to set the package on the ground to open the door because the door opens out. When she was sitting the package down it became way too heavy and she heard a pop in her right shoulder. She pushed the package inside the office.
