What happened
PULLING AT SAME LEVEL - employee stated she was retrieving large amounts of empty equipment and taking them to [REDACTED] area. docks 1-5 were congested with empty equipment. while driving the tractor she used the linking bar to hook the bmc to the next bar to the equipment-with her right hand and held the other with left hand to stablilize herself. She stated that she pulled the bar to fit in the holes and the bmc was stuck on the other empty equipment in the area. Then she stated she felt a sharp pain strain in her lower back.
