What happened

PTF City Carrier called me around [REDACTED] to notify me that while he was about to make a delivery of a package at the address [REDACTED]. In front of the house before ([REDACTED]) after parking his postal vehicle he got out of it and fell on a meter of the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority that was not covered with the corresponding cover. When I arrived at the place I was able to verify his information provided. His right foot swelled over time. The event had occurred around [REDACTED].
